Past Simple Tense in Interrogative form.

1.See if there is the auxiliary verb (was / were) or not. If there is was and were in the sentence. You have to bring to the beginning and add ?(question mark)at the end of the sentence.

Affirmative form    : She was in the kitchen ten minutes ago.
Interrogative form : Was she in the kitchen ten minutes ago?
Answered             : Yes,she was./No,she wasn't.

2.If the sentence has no auxiliary verb, use did at the beginning of the sentence and followed by the subject , verb 1( infinitive )

Affirmative form         : Kenly lived with her parents.
Interrogative form      :Did Kenly live with parents?
Answered                  :Yes,she did./No,she didn't.
